Chapters

VMBA’s local Chapters are the backbone of Vermont’s amazing singletrack and riding culture. They build, maintain, advocate…and ride. The combination of the Chapters and the central office is a uniquely productive pairing and is the only of its kind in the country.

VMBA serves as the statewide voice of mountain biking advocacy and is comprised of 28 Chapters across the state which share a common membership platform. When you join VMBA, you choose a primary/base Chapter. You can also add-on additional Chapters or partner organizations – 100% of add-on membership dollars go directly to the Chapters. All memberships include access to an impressive list of Member Benefits. See our the list of our Chapters below & links to their website. Curious as to where Chapters are located? Check out our map in the link.

Chapter Add-ons

These partner organizations can be added to your membership as an "add-on", but cannot be chosen as a primary chapter. Adding these organizations is mountain bike only access to their facilities.

Your membership supports trail building, maintenance, and grants. Members qualify for discounts at bike shops, trail networks, restaurants, and hotels statewide. It’s also the best way for riders to stand up and be counted in policy considerations affecting mountain bikers at the local and state levels.
