It's More Than Just Riding

Get Involved

Ryan Bent

No one’s stopping you from showing up, riding trails, then busting a move home.

But we’re pretty sure every ride is better in the company of friends—and that trails ride better when you help build them.

So don’t just shred and run—get involved in a local VMBA chapter by lending a hand in some capacity. We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities to pitch in at trail-building days (no experience necessary!), to help organize an event, or to get involved as a sponsor. And we always appreciate donations; help make Vermont a better place to ride for everyone.

Need more incentive to volunteer? Join the Reward Volunteers program. We have partnered with Cabot to host a raffle bike for those that dig in to make a difference this year. Every trail day that you attend gets you another chance to win a $5000+ bike – you choose model, size and color. Dig and win!

Don’t shred and run.

Get involved and give back for trails that are faster, flowier, and even more fun.

VMBA is more than membership. It's an opportunity to get kids involved and enjoy spending time with friends and family. It provides access to healthy recreation, creates vibrant local business communities and connects riders to each other and trails. With your support, we can do even more.

Landowner Info

Landowner Info

We hope to share an appreciation for the special role that private landowners play in Vermonters’ recreational pursuits. Over 80% of VMBA chapters’ sanctioned trails are on private land. In may cases private land connects larger networks creating remarkable riding experiences.
