VMBA Day Series – Burke Mtn Resort – Kingdom Trails

Join us for our fifth and final stop of our VMBA Day Series in the Northeast Kingdom! A full weekend of festivities, including group rides, after-parties, and more. Presented by Zero Gravity Brewing – this has been our best season yet!
Saturday, September 9th:
Join us on Saturday, 9/9, to enjoy party laps at Burke Mountain Resort! Our Vendor Village will be set up at the base, where you’ll find our VMBA Tent, Community Builders, and Partners. Don’t forget to pick up a VMBA Day Raffle ticket at the VMBA Tent (drawing at Mike’s Tiki Bar 6:30pm) – we have some incredible prizes to give away!
VMBA Ambassadors will lead two Group Rides during the day (schedule below). Rides will depart from the VMBA Tent, please meet there 5-10 minutes before the start. Each Ride is limited to 15 riders, we encourage you to save your spot in advance by registering through Eventbrite. As an added bonus for this weekend, your Burke Mountain Resort 2 for 1 DH MTB Ticket can be used as a FREE DH MTB Ticket! (intermediate ride at Burke almost filled up)
Burke is also offering up some other amazing things on top of the special ticket deal. They will be offering $5 (normally $15) shuttle tickets to VMBA members on Saturday 9/9. Burke Mtn resort has also just built a new skills park in the base area. Zero Gravity, VMBA, and Burke will be handing out prizes during a loose jam format between 2 – 3pm. Then lastly from 12 – 4pm they will be grilling up food and serving cold beverages on the patio (for purchase).
11am-12:30pm: Beginner & Intermediate Group Ride
1-2:30pm: Advanced Ride
2 – 3pm: Jam session on Burke’s new Skills Park
End the day at Mike’s Tiki Bar for our VMBA Day After-Party with Zero Gravity Brewery from 5 – 7 pm! We’ll award the VMBA Day Raffle prizes at our After-Party – drawing will be at 6:30pm you must be present to win.
Sunday, September 10th:
Join us on Sunday, 9/10, at 10am for a day out on Kingdom Trails (KT)! VMBA Ambassadors will lead Group Rides from the New Haven River School Parking Trailhead. We’ll break into separate groups for a beginner/intermediate and advanced group ride.
Find us at the VMBA truck/ Zero Gravity Van to register – please come by 5-10 minutes beforehand. We will be limiting each group’s rides to 15 riders.
- You will need to complete the KT waiver and purchase a membership for this ride. There are one-day, two-day, monthly, and annual memberships available!
