’16 VT Mountain Bike Fest

VMBA has teamed up with Mad River Riders, Waterbury Area Trail Alliance and the Green Mountain Trails to begin building an amazing festival – July 22-24. Based out of Mt. Ellen at Sugarbush, the event will include rides all over the Valley, Perry Hill and Green Mountain Trails. Downhillers are in next year! Everyone attending the event will have FREE access to Sugarbush’s downhill all day on Sunday. Families are encouraged to take full advantage of the Adventure Day pass which includes: disc golf, zip lines, hiking, bungee trampoline and scenic lift rides.

The best part – the rides. The Valley is loaded with phenomenal rides all of types and lengths. Your guides will show you some of the very best. Many rides will end in Waitsfield for a quick taste of town before grabbing a shuttle back to the base at Ellen. Blueberry Lake and nearby reservoir will play host to the more moderate rides. This event is truly the every rider event of the summer. Technical, rocky, flowy and downhill will all be available at the fest next July 22-24. Simply – it is the best mountain bike festival value in the country.

Pre-registration will include rides, demos, Sat night BBQ, FREE DH pass on Sunday, T-shirt, live music, raffles, vendors, Lincoln Peak discounts, and of course all the goofy games at the fest. Get it in your calendar now!
