The RAR One-Night Stand is a collaboration with Radical Adventure Riders and is intended for women, trans, and non-binary students.

Having a basic understanding of your bike and knowing how to care for it is empowering! The One-Night Stand at Old Spokes Home will cause neither regret nor shame; instead, it will help you stay safer, keep your bike running longer, and give you confidence in either getting what you need at the bike shop or figuring out how to deal with it on your own.

In addition to going over the anatomy and basic mechanics of a bike, you will learn how to:

Remove and reinstall your wheels
Fix a flat tire
Clean and lubricate your drivetrain
Perform a safety check
Approach your bike with confidence
