Trail Centers
In addition to Add-On Chapters, VMBA is rolling out a new Add-On option of Trail Centers in 2024. Trail Centers include all of the places you love to ride that are not VMBA Chapters and require payment to use the trails they maintain.
You need to have a VMBA Membership first before you can add Trail Centers (note, you’ll have the chance to add Trail Centers during checkout).
In addition to Add-On Chapters, VMBA is pleased to offer the Add-On option of Trail Centers for the 2024/25 season. This membership option allows you to add additional Trail Centers, who are not associated with Chapters, and may be a fee-for-use facility that relies on passes to support trail maintenance.

2024/25 VMBA Membership season is April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025
We have built some amazing partnerships with other trail-based organizations that are available to add on to your VMBA Membership as Trail Centers. By adding these organizations, you’ll receive access to their summer mountain bike operations. Trail Center only Chapters include:
- Trapp Family Lodge (summer mtb only, Trapps sticker for your bike)
- Catamount Family Outdoor Center (summer mtb & winter fatbike, you will receive a separate card from Catamount)
- Grafton Outdoor Center (summer mtb only)
- Craftsbury Outdoor Center (summer mtb only)
- Memphremagog Trails (summer mtb only)
- Smugglers Notch (summer mtb only, Smuggs sticker for your bike)
- Pine Hill Partnership (summer mtb only)
