Sunday’s Slate Valley Group Ride:
On Sunday we will have a family friendly group rides at 9 AM and the Bike Expo continues!!!
General Event Information
A racer’s handbook will be distributed to all racers in advance of the race and relay with a weekend schedule, specific information, rules, etc. Below is enough information to know how the event will be structured.
The Epic Race will start and finish at the Slate Valley Trails’ Fairgrounds trailhead located at 131 Town Farm Rd, Poultney, VT.
All riders in the Race a free raffle for cool stuff donated by our sponsors and supporters at 4 PM (winners must be present). Special Raffle Items (purchased) will be raffled Sunday 2 PM and winners do not need to be present but are responsible for picking up the winning merchandise.
These are cupless races! Racers are encouraged to bring a water bottle to refill at the cupless aid stations set up along the Race course and at the start/finish area for the Relay. Small snacks will be available, but racers are encouraged to bring enough calories to sustain the duration of the race.
All our trails are on private land so littering and trail cutting will not be tolerated meaning racer will be disqualified!!!
