Level 1 MTB Skills Clinic

Join Outdoor Gear Exchange for a 1.5-2 session learning the foundations of mountain bike handling. From optimal body position to proper braking, to lifting your front wheel, you’ll learn how to gain control in any situation to build confidence, safety, and fun on your bike. To participate in the class you will need:
1) A mountain bike in full working order. If you have concerns, bring your bike to the OGE service department and they’ll inspect it for free. They also have mountain bikes available for rent.
2) A helmet
3) Flat pedals
4) Close-toed shoes
5) Water/snacks
Tuition is only $50.00 with a portion of the fees going back to the trails! The class will consist of about 45 minutes of field instruction and then a 45-minute ride to put your new skills to use.
They have room for eight students so, please RSVP to reserve your spot! See you on the trail
