Braintree Mountain Forest Backcountry Ski and Splitboard Tour (Randolph/Braintree)

Intermediate to Advanced – Sunday, February 12

This ski begins with a gentle 1.5 mile climb to the Bell Gates cabin at the base of hardwood glades.  From there, ascend the skin track to the summit, and explore several trails. Climbing skins, some aerobic capacity and the ability to climb and descend in open hardwood forest are required. About 4-5 hours. Bring AT skis, telemark skis or a splitboard, lunch, plenty to drink and weather-appropriate clothing. Come explore these beautiful glades! Limited to 10 skiers.
