Before any commercial activity is conducted on trails in Vermont, whether they are managed by a VMBA Chapter or not, landowner permission must be obtained. Commercial activities include any event or outing at which a fee is charged to participants, including but not limited to guided rides, lessons, events, and/or educational outings.
