SUMMARY:September Pride Ride at Perry Hill
DESCRIPTION:Hello Pride Riders!\nWe are excited to announce September’s Pride Ride hosted by Waterbury Area Trails Association (WATA) at Perry Hill trails in Waterbury\, VT! We will continue the format from August and Kris will be leading two rides of differing levels\, one after the other. Perry Hill is true to the name in that it is quite a hill! Both rides will feature an initial climb that is a good ol’ lung buster. Don’t let that deter or intimidate you\, we will as always be riding each loop at a chill pace\, walking the bike when necessary is totally ok! The first loop\, which will be considered the beginner friendly loop\, will feature the lower green trails Campfire and S’mores. The second and intermediate loop will feature more challenging climbing and technical trails like Scotch tape\, Joe’s and maybe even adding on a little amusement on Disney Land. You can join the ride that feels best for your skill level or even ride both routes.\nSticking with Covid precautions\, we ask that you bring a mask to wear for any social moments or trail stops. You may wear your mask while riding if you wish\, but it is not required. Leaving ample space in between riders will be encouraged to allow for safe riding sans a mask.\nWe are so happy to be riding bikes with you all again. Come out and ride with us in September!
