DESCRIPTION:November’s pride ride is here. Time to come together and have a queer and magical time on bikes once again! This month LGBTQIA+ Mountain Bike Club will be riding at Sunny Hollow in Colchester with Fellowship of the Wheel.\nMeet afterwards at Scout & Co for some socializing and bike and ski talk ??❄❄ \nPlease note the changed start time to 10am to get a ride in a little earlier and line up with a lunchy social hour. \nHope to see ya’ll there! \nLooking forward we’ll be doing some fat bike rides at groomed single track through the winter months! Don’t have a fat bike? No worries! They’re will be fat bikes available to rent or demo. \n—–‐————————————————————\nHello MTBers! In support of the inclusion and community building of queer folks on mountain bikes a few rad folks have come together to bring a LGBTQIA+ group ride to VT mountain bike trails!\nJoin for a safe and inclusive space to be yourself\, build community and shred on bikes. \nWith support from The Venture Out\, The Pride Center of VT\, Vermont Bicycle Shop\, Fellowship of the Wheel\, Millstone Trails\, VMBA\, and more!!! LGBTQIA+ will hold a series of rides held one Sunday a month at various trails within the Fellowship of the Wheel network and Millstone Trails.\nAs the season has progressed more businesses and chapters have reached out to offer support or host us along the way\, including Ranch camp\, Stowe trails partnership\, SDR\, Waterbury Area Trail Alliance\, and Outdoor Gear Exchange!\nBig thanks to all who have joined or supported on some level!! \nThe rides are open to all levels of riders and all LGBTQIA+ people. DESCRIPTION:Come on down to Frank’s Shop in Bellows Falls and have the WCoTA board cook you up some food! They’re hoping to meet members\, as well as others\, who are interested in what WCoTA is working on. They’ll have food and drink for you (BYOB) so come on down! Anyone is welcome. Feel free to stop by anytime between 3 and 6 pm. They’re looking forward to seeing you there! \nThere will also be a group ride on the Oak Hill Trails that will leave at 1 pm from the Bellows Falls Recreation Center on Playground Road in Bellows Falls. DESCRIPTION:Mountain Bike Vermont presents the 8 th Annual: Green Mountain Showdown – Vermont’s bike culture variety show Mountain Bike Vermont ( MTBVT.com ) has announced its seventh annual Green Mountain Showdown event will be held Saturday\, November 16th\, 2019\, at the Rusty Nail Stage (@ Tres Amigos) in Stowe\, Vermont. As in years past\, the Green Mountain Showdown event showcases locally produced MTB video shorts\, video slideshows\, and spoken word pieces dedicated to all facets of mountain bike culture. This is a charity event with proceeds going to Stowe Trails Partnership. \nThis year we’ll host both a matinee showing for families\, students and kiddos as well as our evening full-tilt party edition.
