SUMMARY:2019 Leaf Blower Classic
DESCRIPTION:Stowe Trails Partnership\, in collaboration with Mountain Bike Vermont\, is stoked to present Vermont’s favorite mountain bike tradition: the Leaf Blower Fall Mountain Bike Festival. This year’s Leaf Blower is going down on Saturday\, October 12 and will be based out of Ranch Camp on Mountain Road. With group rides for all abilities and levels\, awesome vendors\, homegrown food\, local libations\, and live music\, there is simply no better way to cap off the season than with this one-day celebration of bikes and community. \nAs always\, the marquee event will be the all-abilities group rides that tackle some of the northeast’s best terrain and afford some of Vermont’s best views—whether you’re a seasoned pro or a social rider\, we have a ride for you! Clinics to enhance your riding skills\, kids & family rides\, all-day endurance rides\, and all-about-fun social rides\, the Leaf Blower has something for everyone. The on-trail snack stops (packed with goodies from a host of local supporters) have achieved near-legendary status so no worries on bonking. \nRegister early because we expect the event to sell out quickly\, with STP members getting $15 off! And feel even better about biking all-day at the Leaf Blower\, because this is Stowe Trails Partnership’s largest fundraiser of the year and all proceeds from this event go straight back to building and maintaining Stowe’s trails. Registration information will be coming soon\, so be on the lookout for all the fun details and get ready for the best day of the year! \n**Parking during the event: Due to limited parking\, Ranch Camp will not be able to park any cars at their location. Please plan on parking at the Springer Miller Parking Lot (overflow parking will be at the Mayo Farm Field) and bike commute to Ranch Camp from the parking area (consider this a nice 8 minute warm-up!). Please head to our website or Eventbrite page for maps and directions!
