DESCRIPTION:We’re stoked to celebrate Spring with you at Pine Hill Park! 🌻🚴🌼🏃🌷\n\n\n\n\nAbout Spring Sprockets \n\nWhat is Spring Sprockets & Walk-Its? \nIt’s a scavenger hunt scramble event for mountain bikers\, gravel bikers and walkers of all ages and levels in Pine Hill Park. The family-friendly event runs from 10am to noon and benefits the Homeless Prevention Center. This year (our fifth) we’ll have music\, ice cream\, prizes\, and plenty of other surprises! This is a rain and shine event. \nSo\, what IS the scavenger hunt scramble exactly?\nBikers head up onto the network of mountain bike trails at Pine Hill Park while walkers and joggers explore the walking loops and nature activities on the adjacent Giorgetti trails. Somewhere along both routes are pails for participants to find and put their chips in. (You get your chips at the registration table.) Everyone meets back up at the Giorgetti lot where chips are drawn for prizes. \nBut I Loooove walking and riding\, can I do more?\nYou bet! Before and after the scrambles and prizes\, folks will be riding and walking the trails just for the fun of it. Bring friends to walk or ride with\, or make new ones on these fantastic trails. If you want to support this event but don’t feel like riding or walking that day\, no worries\, we’ll have the best DJ in South Central Vermont spinning tunes at home base in the Giorgetti lot. DESCRIPTION:Old Spokes Home and the Intervale Center are co-hosting the 4th annual Bike Bloom! This celebration of bikes and the outdoors starts with guided group rides and ends with a party and Bike Show – all at the Intervale Center. This year you can choose between 5 different rides (including a VMBA ride)! Or skip the ride and just join for the party 🙂 \nThe ticketing page has descriptions of each ride\, and the option of entering a bike into the bike show. Rides will start at 5:30 and the bike show will start at 6:30. Please register in advance. \n*Rides will start at the Intervale Center this year and not at Old Spokes Home*
