DESCRIPTION:Join us Saturday\, February 8th in East Burke\, VT! Presented by Lawson’s Finest Liquids\, WinterBike is Vermont’s premier Fatbike Festival! Now in its 13th year\, the event continues to be the favorite among fatbike enthusiasts. The event is headquartered at Mike’s Tiki Bar and hosted on the Kingdom Trails network\, boasting miles and miles of cold-rolled singletrack! \nIn keeping with tradition\, Winterbike will include the usual crowd pleasing ingredients including a ride\, remote aid station\, after party catering by Ranch Camp\, and so much more! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAs always Winterbike Highway will be maped and signed. Go at your own pace\, with your friends\, stay at the aid station as long as you please\, and return with everyone to the KT HQ party! \nCapped at 300! Tickets will sell out so don’t wait to register! \nRegistration for the event gives you access to the Kingdom Trails network and all Winterbike activities on Saturday including the ride route\, lunch and beverages\, music\, fire\, the Lawson’s Finest Footdown World Championships\, and swag! \nTENTATIVE SCHEDULE – Timing is subject to change based on the forecasted temperatures for the day. As we all know\, fatbiking is snow condition and weather dependent so planning out the day will be an organic experience… map will be released week of Winterbike! \n7:30am to 8:30am – Vendor registration and setup \n8:30am – Registration and Vendors open \n10:00am – Start Riding! (Follow marshals/signage) \n10:30am to 12:30pm – Beers and cheers! Aid Station sponsored by Lawson’s \n12:30pm to 2:30pm – Burritos and treats from Ranch Camp\, Vendor fun! \n2:00pm to 3:30pm – Games: Huffy Toss\, Limbo and Foot Down of course! \n4:00pm – Close up shop\, see y’all next year! \nLocal shops to contact for Fatbike rentals: \nEast Burke Sports – Sport Thoma\, Littleton Bike and Fitness\, Ranch Camp \nLooking for more lodging options? SUMMARY:Fat Bike Rally with COFC and RTF
DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the Richard Tom Foundation (RTF)\, we are thrilled to announce the 5th Annual Fat Bike Rally at the Catamount OFC!\nJoin us in exploring the fat bike trails throughout the Catamount Community Forest for free on February 9th\, 2025. Grab your fat bike\, or one of the free demo bikes provided at the event\, and join in on the fun as we celebrate winter biking together! \nBack in 2020\, The RTF provided matching funds to individual donors to help raise the money needed to purchase the SnowDog groomer that Catamount uses on our fat bike network! COFC and RTF have rallied each year since then to offer this space for folks to come together and enjoy this winter sport. \nThis years event has a limited number of fat bike demos available and we may need to limit them to 30 minute demos so more folks are able to enjoy them.  Although the demos are complementary\, a credit card is required to be held on file for some bike rentals in case of damages. There will be three guided group rides throughout the day. \nPriority will be given to those who have preregistered for a group ride or demo time. \nBurgers & Brats will be provided by the Richard Tom Foundation starting around lunch time. \nMore details on the group rides and other participating organizations coming soon. \nSchedule for the day: \n\n9am: 60 min Group Ride with Catamount OFC BOD and staff\n11:00am: 6o min Group Ride with RTF\n12pm: Food provided by RTF – donation required.\n1pm: 60 min Group Ride with Catamount OFC BOD and staff\n\nWho will be there?
