DESCRIPTION:Stowe Trails Partnership is thrilled to present Vermont’s favorite autumn mountain bike tradition: the 13th annual Leaf Blower Fall Classic Mountain Bike Festival! \nThis year’s Leaf Blower will be held on Saturday\, October 5th\, and will be hosted at Strawberry Hill Farm. With amazing riding for all ability levels\, awesome vendors\, homegrown food\, local libations\, and live music\, there is no better way to cap off the season than with this one-day community bike bash. \nAs always\, the marquee draw will be the rides\, tackling some of the northeast’s best terrain and affording some of Vermont’s most epic views—whether you love endurance or are new to riding\, we have a singletrack loop for you that’ll pass multiple aid stations and maximize the fun! \nAfter you’ve gotten your fill of single-track\, join us back at Strawberry Hill Farm for a variety of food trucks; some brews and beverages; live music from the popular local band\, The Deadbeats; and a vendor village full of local businesses. Your registration fee covers the rides\, vendor garden\, aid station snacks\, a post-ride beverage\, and a food truck dinner. \nThe Leaf Blower is STP’s biggest fundraiser of the year (all proceeds go toward our work to keep the trails in great shape)\, so we appreciate your participation! We have some different ticket pricing this year: \nActive STP member: $65\nNon-member: $90 \nGrab your tickets here!  \nEvent Location \nStrawberry Hill Farm\, 300 Meadow Lane\, Stowe\, VT 05672 \nEvent Schedule \nWe’ll see you on Saturday\, October 5th! This is a rain-or-shine event\, but in the event of a total monsoon that would cause ample damage to the trails\, we will refund your ticket. \nFriday Schedule \n6:00 – 8:00pm: Pre-party at Awol Stowe. More details to come! \nSaturday Schedule \n9:00am: Registration opens \n9:30am – 11:30am: Riders depart \n12:30pm – 5:00pm: Food is served \n4:00pm – 6:00pm: Live music from the Deadbeats! \nParking \nDue to limited space\, parking will not be allowed at Strawberry Hill Farm. Please plan on parking at the Springer-Miller parking lot\, Mayo Farm Field\, or the Events Field and bike commute to Strawberry Hill Farm via the Stowe Recreation Path to Meadow Lane. A bag check area will be available to store gear and bags while riding!

DESCRIPTION:Hardwick Area Food Pantry\, The Town of Hardwick\, and Riverside Cycles are hosting a benefit bike ride on October 26\, 2024 at 10AM. Cost of registration and all additional donations will go to the production of Hardwick Area Food Pantry holiday boxes to expand food access and choice in our region. \nThe ride will have two gravel route options\, a 10-mile-long traditional gravel ride and a social out-and-back Lamoille Valley Rail Trail ride. Both rides will start and end at Hazen Union School. Light snacks will be available at the start of the ride. \nThose of all ages and biking abilities are welcome! Bike-safe costumes are encouraged and may result in a small award or recognition for your Halloween-inspired creativity. The event will be held rain or shine! \nRiverside Cycles will be open at 8AM for pre-ride parts\, quick repairs\, or last-minute rentals.
