DESCRIPTION:What a season! We had new trails popping up left and right and more events than you could ever hope to attend. It’s time to kick back and reflect on the 2021 season with friends old and new. Join us at Skirack in Burlington on Saturday\, November 6th as we say “thanks” to all our members. There will be cold beverages from Lawson’s Finest Liquids\, pizza from Folino’s\, and raffle prizes from Specialized\, Oakley\, Darn Tough\, Lawson’s\, Cabot\, Kaden\, SDR\, Burlington PT\, Kingdom Trails and more! We’ll also have VMBA flannels for sale if you missed the pre-order. And\, as always\, we will be announcing the grand prize winner of our Reward Volunteers program. Each volunteer hour equals one entry to win a Roval Traverse Carbon Wheelset\, thanks to Specialized\, so get your hours logged today! Visit our website for more details: https://vmba.org/rewardvolunteers/ \nDue to Covid-19\, we will be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test result within the last 72 hours for everyone 12 and over. For all\, we will also be encouraging mask wearing and social distancing when not eating or drinking. There will be a limit of 150 people allowed into the event based on the space\, so please plan to arrive early. We feel as though having these guidelines will help us put on a fun and healthy event\, so we thank you in advance for abiding by them. \nNow onto the fun stuff! VMBA members receive a beverage token and a raffle ticket upon entry\, plus your choice of vegetarian\, meat\, cheese\, and gluten-free pizza from Folino’s once you’re in. For those who are extra thirsty\, additional beer can be purchased at the cash bar (please plan accordingly). \nDon’t worry if you’re not a VMBA member. You’re welcome to join the fun\, though we do ask for a $5 donation at the door. Pizza is included with admission\, and the cash bar available for your beverage needs. \nEntrance to the event will be from Skirack’s back parking lot off Pine Street. We’ll have a VMBA tent at the entrance to check folks in and answer any questions. Don’t forget your VMBA card\, proof of Vaccination or Negative Test\, and ID if you plan to enjoy a delicious Lawson’s brew. \nBig thanks to our Reward Volunteers partners – Skirack\, Cabot Cheese\, Specialized\, Oakley and Darn Tough – for helping put on an amazing program and ending the season in style!
